well..it’s almost 2 months ago now that i finished a mixtape..and i remember that last time very well and that i felt it was so ok and a great time to stop with those monthly zimmer mixtapes..because march tape felt so perfect for me at this very moment..in the middle of the night..and i thought i wouldn’t be able to go any further with a mixtape anyway..
but then a lot of stuff happened..i turned 31..springtime kicked in..and i realized once more that i was still so in love..and i guess..turning older, springtime and love are these very things that always bring a lot of music..and so they did..
and all this last weeks’ music made me even go further with a mixtape..
and sure, i also thought it was way too early to break the chain and so, before april will leave us very soon now..here is my april mixtape..
by the way, i made 2 versions of side b..the version i chose, at last, was the more heart-teaching one..have a great time listening to my april mixtape..

this duck, i photographed on 5th of october last year, during one of the best afternoons i’ve ever had..and when this afternoon was over, much too soon, i thought of springtime and how similiar it sometimes is to warm october days..and i remember thinking how good it would have been to just skip winter, at this moment..but who will ever be able to skip winter? after all..winter is all over now, finally..and it even turned out to be one the best winters i’ve ever had..and springtime is rare shit somehow..because may is already summer..at least..somehow..so you might as well take this year’s april mixtape as my ‘enter: summer 2010 mixtape’
it’s up to you..
anyway..as long as we still have all this music, no season will ever be able to hit us too hard!
